For over 40 years, MAC Construction has served the Black Hills and surrounding areas, providing quality construction services. Since its inception, MAC Construction has been consistently active as a general contractor on competitively bid projects. MAC has successfully participated in over $50 million dollars worth of design/build projects acting as the construction manager and general contractor.

MAC Construction has a record of providing strong project management on its jobs, making us the ideal partner for an owner that decides to use the design-build delivery method. MAC has become extremely comfortable building projects on a design-build basis and working closely with the design team to control costs, to meet budget guidelines, and to maximize the value to the owner.

MAC Construction’s goal has always been to build trust with our clients as we build each project, and we are proud of the repeat customers we have developed in the private and public sector. We believe we can provide the owner a high level of transparency on projects and commit to sharing as much information on projects as exists with the owner.

MAC Construction has developed a strong and robust project management approach that takes into careful consideration all the necessary elements of a project to ensure a smooth completion. From utilizing our strengths and expertise with cost estimating, our knowledge of constructability and the local subcontractor market, and our strong project management from the office and our on-site superintendent, MAC has a culture that has a proper sense of urgency about our projects and a strong desire to create real value and satisfaction to our customers.
