Janet Conradie

Janet Conradie is a registered Industrial and Organizational Psychologist currently serving as a Senior Consultant at MAC Consulting since 2025. They hold a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an Honours degree in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations Management, all from North-West University. Janet has previously worked as a Psychometrist at RED Management Consultants and as a Principal Consultant at IQbusiness South Africa, among other roles. Passionate about people development, they excel in change management, psychometric assessments, coaching, and enhancing employee experience while fostering collaborative solutions within diverse teams.
