Joy Rowland

Joy Rowland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joy began their career as a Junior Accountant at the Greater Pittsburgh Convention & Visitors Bureau in 1999. Joy then worked as an Accounting Manager at the PA Culinary Institute from December 2000 to March 2008, where they handled various financial tasks such as month-end procedures, forecasting, budgeting, payroll, and supervision of accounts payable.

In April 2008, Joy joined Ritchie Bros. EquipmentOne as a Senior Accounting Manager, where they stayed until December 2017. Joy'sresponsibilities included preparing P&L statements, analyzing revenue and expenses, accounting for the UK division, and supervising the finance team. Joy also collaborated with the IT department on numerous projects to drive revenue, growth, and new business opportunities.

In 2018, Joy took on the role of a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at ALBERT W OTT AGENCY INC, which they held until April 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at M@C Discount, a position they have held since October 2018.

Throughout their career, Joy has displayed expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and team supervision.

Joy Rowland completed their associate degree in Accounting from ICM School of Business in 1998. Following that, they pursued a bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2004.
