Joseph Nassar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joseph began their career as a Store Assistant Manager at Kemp Mill Records, where they managed a staff of up to 10 and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the record store. After that, they worked at Tower Records as a Singles Buyer and Salesman, where they purchased music singles and served as a salesperson.

In 1995, Joseph became the Co-Owner, Buyer, General Manager, and Webmaster at Temple Records NYC. There, they managed a staff of up to 10 and handled all aspects of the record store's operations, including bookkeeping, banking, event promotion, coordination, and employee hiring. Joseph was also in charge of purchasing stock from national and international distributors.

Joseph then worked as an Assistant Sound Editor at Apocalypse Sound for a brief period before joining Guitar Center as a Professional Audio Salesman. Joseph later became the Professional Audio & Computers Manager at Sam Ash Music, where they managed a staff of up to 15 and oversaw the merchandising, upkeep, and management of the sales floor. Joseph also set up and maintained recording suites.

From 2005 to 2018, Joseph worked at B&H Photo Video as a Web Merchandising Team Leader and Trainer. In this role, they led and trained a division of 12 employees, ensuring high standards of departmental operations. Joseph also designed and directed new projects to increase product sales and customer support and created training curriculum and materials for the department.

Most recently, Joseph Nassar joined MAC Group in 2018 as the Saramonic USA Brand Marketing Manager. In this position, they manage and coordinates all aspects of the Saramonic USA brand, marketing, supply, national distribution, and expansion. Joseph works closely with the President of MAC Group and the marketing team to develop Saramonic into a world leader in Audio Solutions.

Joseph Nassar attended the Institute of Audio Research from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Audio Engineering.
