Alexis Slemp

Alexis Slemp, M.A., GPHR, is a balanced People Operations professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations at the Corporate Finance Institute® and Macabacus Inc. With extensive experience in HR, they previously held roles including Senior Human Resources Manager at Identity Digital Inc. and HR Program Manager at AGC Biologics, where they developed strategic HR programs and enhanced employee experiences. Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from California State University-Chico, demonstrating a strong foundation in both people strategy and cultural understanding.
