Cooper Lemonds, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving in the Human Resources, Environmental, Health, and Safety department at MacAljon since November 2018. Prior to this role, Cooper worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at EnviroVac, The Clean Company from January 2016 to November 2018, where responsibilities included recruiting and hiring across all company locations, as well as implementing testing software for employee promotion and an Applicant Tracking System to optimize the onboarding process. Cooper began the professional journey as a Technician in the Nuclear Division. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Valdosta State University, obtained between 2011 and 2015, following a foundational education at Savannah Christian Preparatory School from 2007 to 2011.
