Susannah Pickering-Saqqa

Dr Susannah Pickering-Saqqa teaches on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in International Development with NGO Management at the University of East London. She has more than 20 years’ experience of planning and designing projects in the development sector, working in the intergovernmental, local government and NGO sectors. She regularly leads workshops for NGOs, including World Vision International, Islamic Relief Worldwide and RGMVP India and has undertaken consultancy in Lebanon, Brazil and India in the last 3 years. She is currently involved in research on the role of dignity in menstrual health in India and the progress of the SDGs in Tower Hamlets and Newham.
