Donna Kamkar is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at NextGen Label Group since November 2018, Donna previously held the position of Customer Operations Supervisor at Cargill from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading a team of Customer Account Coordinators and monitoring customer experience metrics. Before that, Donna worked as Customer Service Manager/Estimator at IBT/Hamilton Printing (2006-2014), overseeing a large portfolio of accounts and ensuring order accuracy. Donna began a career in production as Production Director at The Art Knowledge Corporation/LTB Media (2000-2006), managing the production of editorial and marketing materials. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing/Merchandising with a minor in International Business from the University of Bridgeport, graduating Cum Laude.
