Shauna Puma possesses extensive experience in customer service and service coordination, currently employed at Macaran Printed Products since May 2021. Previously, Shauna held the role of Senior Service Coordinator at Stratus and MC Group, contributing to electrical facilities maintenance from January 2018 to January 2021, with Stratus rebranding occurring in September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Integra Service Group Inc from April 2015 to January 2018 and various positions in the food service industry, including Manager and Server at Home Slice Pizza and Server at Sway Thai during 2013. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Geneva High School, with studies at the State University of New York at Fredonia from 1996 to 1997.
