Lars Korsholm

Lars Korsholm is a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Aalborg University Esbjerg, completed in 2018. Currently employed at MacArtney Underwater Technology Group since July 2021, Lars has previous experience as a Technical Product Manager at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S from January 2018 to June 2021, and as an intern at the same company in 2017. Prior to this, Lars held leadership roles at Vest Element from 2006 to 2013, including Produktionschef and Værkfører, responsible for daily production, quality control, and personnel management. Lars began a career in construction as a carpenter at Jensen og Jensen and further gained experience as a group leader during military service at Jydske Dragonregiment. Lars's career commenced as a trained carpenter at Padborg Maskinsnedkeri, where skills in woodworking were developed from 1998 to 2001.
