Martin Dines has extensive experience in both emergency services and technology sectors. Beginning in April 2005, Martin has served as a Crew Manager at Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. Prior to this role, Martin worked at MacArtney Underwater Technology Group from December 2015 to April 2020, initially as a Connectivity Development Manager and previously as Technical Sales/Cable Assembly. Following this position, Martin transitioned to Subsea Connect Ltd, where service as Director was rendered from July 2020 to June 2025.
