Nikolaj Puggaard Gregersen

Nikolaj Puggaard Gregersen is a trained chef with a degree in Food Preparation from Kold Collage, completed in 2011. They have worked extensively in various culinary roles, including a kitchen manager position at Langley Resort Almyrida Bay in 2014, and later as a head chef at multiple hotels such as Hotel Britannia and Hjerting Badehotel. Most recently, they serve as the kitchen manager at MacArtney Underwater Technology Group, having transitioned through notable roles at Fjordgaarden and Kokkenes Køkken.
