Russell Sim

Russell Sim has extensive experience in project management and technical sales within the underwater technology sector, holding various positions at MacArtney Underwater Technology Group since 2012, including Internal Project Manager and Cable Assembly Manager, where Russell oversees both the technical sales team and workshop operations. Prior to this, Russell gained valuable experience as a Process Leader at Balmoral Comtec Limited and worked in roles related to cable assembly and electronics at ABB and Geolink UK Ltd. Russell's diverse background also includes customer service positions in the hospitality industry and an early career in retail at Tesco. Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Robert Gordon University, completed in 2017.
