Paulien van Eijk

Paulien van Eijk is an accomplished Technical Service Lead at Macaw since October 2019, where oversight of a team of data professionals encompasses well-being, professional growth, planning, recruitment, and event organization within the Data Solutions and Insights service line. Prior to this role, Paulien contributed as a Data & Analytics Consultant at Waterdrinker Aalsmeer B.V. and held the position of Data Analyst, supporting operations at one of the largest global plant exporters. Additional experience includes working as a Project Assistant and Developer at HumanResearch, analyzing performance management questionnaires, and providing homework support at Lyceo. Paulien holds a Master’s degree in Spatial, Environment and Transport Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
