Tyler Ulrich has extensive experience in product support and service technical roles within the agricultural machinery industry, currently serving as a Product Support Representative at MacDon Industries since July 2013. Prior to this position, Tyler worked as a Service Technical Specialist at CNH Industrial from May 2011 to July 2013. Tyler holds a degree in Agricultural Systems Management with a focus on Agricultural Power Machinery Operation, which was earned at Penn State University from 2007 to 2011.
