Ali Piper

Ali Piper is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Director of HR at Mace since August 2017. Previously, Ali held the position of Interim Head of HR at ISG plc, focusing on implementing HR strategies across engineering services in multiple European countries. Prior to that, as Head of HR and Resourcing at Spirit Pub Company, Ali drove the People Agenda through significant business transformations and oversaw the recruitment process, enhancing applicant quality and reducing attrition. Ali also contributed to transformational change as Head of HR for Network & Finance at Post Office Ltd, where responsibilities included managing a substantial workforce and advising senior directors on talent management and succession planning.
