Andrew Sharp

Andrew Sharp is an accomplished Operations and Project Director with over 25 years of international experience in programme and project management, including roles in both the UK and globally. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, solutions focus, and the transformation of complex service delivery projects. Currently, Andrew serves as Operations/Project Director at Mace and as the RICS Principal Assessor for the Built Environment in Hong Kong. Their previous roles include significant contributions to various high-value projects, where Andrew successfully led teams and implemented strategic improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Facilities and Asset Maintenance Management and is pursuing further education in strategic project leadership.
