Anne Woolcott

Anne Woolcott is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and employment policy. Currently serving as Associate Director of Employee Relations at Mace since April 2022, Anne has previously held key positions, including Head of Employment Policy and Engagement at FirstGroup plc, where responsibility included driving HR best practices for over 100,000 employees. Previous roles include Employee Relations Manager at Sanofi and Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance at BMI Healthcare, contributing to HR strategy and compliance across multinational organizations. Anne's career began at Barclays, where a foundation was laid in HR policy development. Anne holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Westminster and a Master’s Degree in Ancient History & Classical Archaeology from Edinburgh University.
