Ben Rayner

Ben Rayner is an accomplished Associate Director with extensive experience in project controls and program management, currently overseeing critical aspects of the $16 billion Hudson Tunnel Project at Mace since November 2021. Previously, Ben played a pivotal role in establishing a PMO for a £2.2 billion Major Development Plan at Keflavik International Airport and managed governance and reporting for the same development program. Prior experience at Fujitsu involved leading the PMO for major aviation projects across significant airports, including Gatwick and Heathrow, and managing projects within a £1.3 billion Asset Replacement Program and the £2.5 billion Terminal 2 Redevelopment at Heathrow Airport.
