Cath Johnston

Cath Johnston is a Senior Sustainability Manager at Mace since October 2021, having previously held roles such as Sustainability Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Environmentalist CEEQUAL Manager at Amey and as the Head of Sustainability at Merseyrail, where responsibilities included developing and implementing environmental sustainability strategies and managing ISO-certified environmental and energy management systems. Prior to Merseyrail, Cath worked as an Environmental Manager at First TransPennine Express and Network Rail, and as an Environment Manager at Railtrack. Cath Johnston holds a BA (HONS) in Geography from the University of Leeds and possesses extensive expertise in environmental management and compliance.
