Charles Flood is an experienced architect with a strong background in design and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Director and Design Manager at Mace since June 2012, Flood previously held positions as Associate Director and Design Manager at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as Design Manager for Hampshire County Council from 2012 to June 2017, Senior Architect at architecture plb from 2007 to June 2012, and Associate Architect at lyster Grillet & Harding from 1997 to 2007. Flood began an architectural career as an Architect Assistant at Architects Pacific in Fiji from August 1994 to July 1995. Academically, Flood holds an RIBA Part III in Architecture from the University of Brighton and a BA (ARCH) and BA (Hons) in Architecture from Kent Institute of Art & Design at Kent University.
