Chris Evans is an accomplished commercial director with extensive experience in managing high-profile construction projects. Currently serving as Deputy Commercial Director at Mace since May 2011, Chris has led significant developments such as the transformation of the old BT headquarters into a net zero carbon workspace and the mixed-use Lancer Square project in Kensington. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Manager overseeing the £200m Southbank Tower development and lead commercial manager for the £25m Sky Believe in Better training center. Earlier experience at Lend Lease involved commercial management on the London 2012 Olympics Athlete’s Village project. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University, obtained in 2008.
