Chris Smith

Chris Smith, FRICS, is the Cost and Commercial CoE Lead for Mace in the Americas and serves as the Chair of the Americas World Regional Board for RICS. Previously, Chris held roles as Senior Director at CBRE and Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, contributing significantly to major projects such as the London 2012 Olympic Games and various endeavors at Rio Tinto. Chris earned a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University and began their career as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Skanska.
