Colin Prime

Colin Prime is currently the Operations Director and Head of Interface Management for HS2 at Euston, where they oversee technical design integration and manage stakeholder relationships with various infrastructure parties. With over 15 years of experience in railway project management, Colin has previously led significant initiatives such as the Crossrail Programme, handling complex stakeholder interactions, and ensuring compliance with governance processes. Their notable roles include Head of the Crossrail Client Management Team at Network Rail, where they were accountable for a £2.5 billion package of works, and Programme Sponsor for major projects within the Crossrail framework. Colin holds an HNC in Business Management from Bournemouth University and an introductory certificate in Project Management from APM.
