Crystal Chan is a Senior Cost Consultant at Mace, with extensive experience in construction cost management and contracts management. They previously held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at McBains and worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Appleyard & Trew LLP. With a strong background as a Senior Quantity Surveying Manager at the Vocational Training Council, Crystal managed significant renovation and refurbishment projects with annual expenditures exceeding HK$300 million. They earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from City University of Hong Kong and continue to pursue their education.
