Dan Butler is a People Data and Analytics Specialist with extensive experience in enhancing people data capabilities within organizations to aid in business decision-making. Dan began their career as an in-house recruiter, progressing through roles at several FTSE100 companies from Recruitment Advisor to Recruitment Manager. Dan later served as a Global HR Data and Reporting Manager at EY, before becoming a People Data Manager at Central Co-op, where they transformed the organization's people data capabilities. Currently, Dan is a Senior People Data and Analytics Manager at Mace, leveraging their technical skills in data visualization and reporting. Dan holds a BSc in Applied Psychology from Durham University and has completed several HR and occupational testing certifications.
