Daniel Hogan

Daniel Hogan has over a decade of experience in program, project, and construction management, currently serving as Associate Director at Mace since September 2011. Daniel has demonstrated expertise in managing complex stakeholder environments through significant projects, such as work on the Sydney Opera House, focusing on preconstruction scheduling and procurement advice. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Package Manager, overseeing various NSW Department of Education projects, and managing time, cost, health and safety, and quality across multiple trade packages. Daniel's early career included a position as Construction Manager on sensitive building upgrades and as a Graduate Construction Manager managing multimillion-pound contracts for the Metropolitan Police. With a degree in Project Construction Management from Oxford Brookes University, Daniel has established a strong foundation in the construction industry.
