Daniel Martin

Daniel Martin is a highly experienced Senior Planning Manager at Mace, with a robust background in Planning and Scheduling accumulated over six years within Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S). They have expertly led a multi-billion-pound portfolio and a team of 13 schedulers, while also serving as a Technical Coach for 40 schedulers as a trusted P3M Superuser. Their prior roles include significant contributions to large programs, such as the Armoured Vehicle Programme and the Electronic Warfare Programme, where they collaborated with suppliers to optimize project delivery.
