David Carter

David Carter is an experienced Associate Director at Mace, leading large-scale mixed-use projects valued between £50M and £105M since August 2015. Prior to this role, David served as Project Manager at Brookfield Multiplex, overseeing the redevelopment of a grade 2 listed stately home into a luxury hotel and spa. His background includes positions as Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty, where David managed commercial developments, and at St Modwen Properties, where client-side project management of various regeneration schemes was a focus. David's career began with Bovis Lend Lease, managing significant commercial projects in Central London, and includes earlier roles in construction management and administrative support. David holds BSc (Hons) degrees in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University and London South Bank University, with additional studies at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
