David Elder

David Elder is an accomplished Director of Construction at Mace, with over two decades of experience since November 2000 in leading a £750m turnover construction business unit that specializes in major projects and high-rise schemes in London. Previous roles include serving as Head of Planning for both Mace Group and Mace Construction, where David managed teams of over 85 planning professionals. Notable projects include leadership roles in the planning of The Shard, London Bridge Quarter, and Nova (Victoria Circle). Earlier in the career, David held positions at Skanska, leading planning efforts on various major projects in London’s City and West End. David is a graduate of Coventry University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
