David Potts has extensive experience in commercial and business analysis within the construction and consultancy sectors, starting as a Geographic Business Analyst at Intel Corporation and later as a Business Analyst at L'Oréal. Since joining Mace in February 2022, David has progressed to the role of Associate Director, overseeing significant commercial projects such as Finsbury Tower (£134m) and 21 Moorfields (£73m), where responsibilities include contract negotiation, financial tracking, and client liaison. David also possesses a robust educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and a Master of Science in Construction Cost Management from The University of Reading.
