David Quill

David Quill is an experienced commercial director with a strong background in project management and construction. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Mace since 2024, David previously held senior positions at BOUYGUES UK, where responsibilities included leading full lifecycle delivery of mixed-use schemes in central London. As a consultant for DQ, David supported clients in resolving complex project challenges, and as Managing Surveyor at Barratt London, David led the commercial team on the high-profile Aldgate Place development. David's early career at Hill Partnerships involved managing the commercial aspects of multiple new build projects. David holds a degree in Construction Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
