David Rumsey is an experienced professional in programme management and construction, currently serving as a Programme Management advisor to the New Hospitals Programme at Mace, which aims to deliver 48 new hospitals. Previously, David led the housing delivery division, developing an innovative DfMA house initiative that achieved net zero carbon goals.
