Declan Tracey

Declan Tracey is the Associate Commercial Director at Mace, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Commercial Manager and Commercial Manager, primarily focused on projects such as EDGE London Bridge and Timber Square. They are a Member of RICS and graduated with first-class honors in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University. Additionally, Declan participated as a delegate at COP26, invited by the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero. Their interests include embedding sustainable technologies within procurement and championing inclusivity in the construction industry.
