Donovan Bailey

Donovan Bailey currently serves as the Operations Director - PMO at Mace since November 2022, overseeing capabilities in Stakeholder Management, Interface Management, Communications, Consents, Governance, and Public Affairs. Prior to this role, Donovan held several positions at HS2 Ltd, including Head of Commonwealth Games Liaison and Head of Strategic Partnerships & Compliance, where responsibilities included developing partnerships, managing compliance, and delivering regional benefits. Donovan also served as Head of Programme Interface & Consents, leading construction interface matters for HS2 Phase One. Earlier in the career, Donovan worked as a Senior Commercial Manager and Area Stakeholder Manager, focusing on agreements and stakeholder management. Additionally, in the role of Area Manager at Walsall Partnership, Donovan contributed to improving the quality of life for residents in a deprived area through multi-agency collaboration.
