Elke Williams

Elke Williams is an Associate Director focused on PMO and Planning, known for navigating complexity and leading dynamic teams within collaborative delivery models. They have held various roles, including Senior Bid Manager at Mace and Adviser at the Department of Economic Development, where they provided strategic policy advice and managed stakeholder relations. Elke has a background in project and policy management, bolstered by qualifications such as the PMQ from the Association of Project Management and participation in the Cranlana Programme for Future Public Sector Leaders. They currently serve as a Governance Manager for the Subways Delivery Partner at Metrolinx.
