Fadil Tekayak

Fadil Tekayak, MSc MAPM, is a seasoned project controls manager currently employed at Mace since March 2024. Prior to this, Fadil held the position of Change & Reporting Manager at Bechtel Corporation, overseeing cost change and reporting for HS2 Ltd from August 2021 to February 2024. Fadil's earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Manager at ASGOR Construction, focusing on financial reporting and contract management, and as Quantity Surveyor at Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture, where responsibilities included claim management and subcontractor performance oversight. Fadil's career began with roles as a project controls engineer and site engineer across various companies, complemented by a Master's degree in Construction Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
