Fatma Alsaffar has over 15 years of diverse experience in banking, talent management, and training and development. Starting as a Personal Banking Advisor at Emirates NBD from November 2007 to September 2008, Fatma transitioned to a Service Ambassador role at Computer Network Systems until March 2010. Fatma then joined the Emirates Investment Authority in June 2010, where multiple promotions were achieved, culminating in the position of Training and Development Officer until August 2024. Currently, Fatma serves as a Talent Manager - Emiratization at Mace since August 2024. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Al Khawarizmi International College, Fatma is dedicated to creating learning environments that empower individuals and organizations to maximize their potential through effective training initiatives.
