Fredel Gibson

Fredel Gibson is currently the Associate Director at Mace, leading various significant projects including the New Hospitals Programme and the Rosalind Franklin Laboratory. Previously, Fredel held positions at Mott MacDonald, where they served as a Graduate Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, and later as a Lead Advisor/Senior Project Manager, contributing to major infrastructure initiatives. Durante their secondment at the Education Funding Agency, Fredel acted as Project Director for the Priority School Building Programme, overseeing the delivery of five schools with a combined value of over £90 million. Fredel earned an MEng in Engineering Design with Year in Industry from the University of Bristol.
