Gareth H.

Gareth H. is an experienced Associate Director at Mace, leading significant projects for the UK Government focused on critical Laboratory and Biotechnology infrastructure aimed at managing zoonotic diseases and biological threats. With a strong background in project management and strategic infrastructure, Gareth has previously served in key roles with Independent and KM&T Ltd, where notable achievements included the overhaul of manufacturing processes and the establishment of a successful Lean consultancy. Earlier career experiences include senior management positions at Princess Yachts and TDS Automotive, along with impactful roles at London Taxis International, where Gareth successfully turned around an underperforming operation. Gareth holds an MSc in Engineering and Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Coventry University.
