Gillian Breen

Gillian Breen is a strategic and commercially focused leader with extensive experience in cost and commercial management across mixed-use projects in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at Mace, Gillian has held significant roles at organizations such as Gleeds, Core Five LLP, and AECOM, where they advanced their career from Junior Engineer to Director. Gillian also contributed as an ambassador for Women in Hotels, promoting collaboration and empowerment within the hospitality sector. They hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of the West of England and multiple MRICS qualifications.
