Ian Brooks

Ian Brooks is an experienced Operations Director at Mace, focusing on the Qiddiya Project in Saudi Arabia since November 2013. Prior to this role, Ian held various project management positions, including Project Manager at Carillion, where projects included the £7m Thomas Deacon Junior Academy, and at Artisan Construction, managing three residential schemes valued at approximately £10m each. Ian also worked with Bovis Lend Lease on significant projects such as Bridgewater Place in Leeds (£58m) and served as an Assistant Project Manager on various residential developments with Taylor Woodrow Construction and Bovis Lend Lease. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer at BAe Systems and Site Engineer at Costain. Ian holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering, both from The University of Manchester.
