Ian McIver is an Associate Director in Development Advisory at Mace Consult, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to the commercial real estate sector through a solid foundation in architecture and business administration. Ian has extensive experience across architectural design, finance, and project management, having worked as an architect at AMA Architects, a capital prioritization manager at John Lewis & Partners, and a principal analyst at CRESEARCH. They hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master’s in Professional Architecture from the University of Pretoria, and an MBA from the University of Cape Town, along with a Sustainable Finance Short Course from the University of Cambridge. Ian's diverse background enables them to bridge the gap between design and financial analysis within the real estate market.
