James Brown

James Brown is an accomplished professional in Facilities Management with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Account Lead FM at Macro since November 2023, James has rejoined Mace Operate after overseeing projects in Pharma and asset management at significant locations such as Shard Place and London IFS Cable Car. Previously, James held roles at Mace as a Senior FM Consultant and at JLL as Associate Director in Facilities Management. Notably, James has a successful history of managing complex FM projects, implementing cost-saving strategies, and fostering strong client relationships throughout a career that began in 1991 at Innoventive as Group Operations Director. James has also been involved in sports as a part-time physiotherapist and holds several relevant qualifications in business strategy, management consultancy, and facilities management.
