James Dickson is an experienced operations director currently leading Mace's operations in East Africa since 2017, where responsibilities include developing the project management offering following Mace's acquisition of a share in YMR, East Africa’s largest QS and Cost Consultancy firm. Key projects include overseeing the Business Bay Square Development and various hotel and serviced apartment developments in Nairobi, with budgets totaling tens of millions of dollars. Prior to this role, James served as the commercial lead on the Olympic Park Transformation Programme for the London Legacy Development Company and held director positions at EBS Elk Ltd and Northcroft, as well as a commercial manager role at EC Harris. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Beckett University.
