James Duggan

James Duggan is a seasoned planner with extensive experience in project planning within the infrastructure sector. Having served as a Project Planner for Balfour Beatty Rail and Transport for London, they have contributed to significant projects including the £220m track renewal works and a £330m station stabilization program. Their roles have consistently involved managing complex project lifecycles and contractor relationships, notably during their tenure with HS2 and T Clarke. Currently, James is a Senior Planning Manager at Mace, overseeing utility upgrade works for HS2 at Euston Station. They hold a BA(Hons) in History from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
