James Ramsay

James Ramsay is an Operations Director at Mace Group, currently working on the GO Expansion program in Toronto, Canada. With 15 years of experience in major infrastructure projects, they have specialized in PMO functions, covering areas such as financial reporting, programme planning, and risk management. Previously, they served as the Programme Management Office Lead for Barnet Council, managing the Brent Cross regeneration project, and held various roles at Network Rail, including Programme Controls Manager on the Crossrail PMO. James earned a BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
