James Redman is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) with extensive experience in delivering infrastructure projects across the UK, Middle East, and South America. They have worked for over 12 years in construction engineering and project management, contributing to major projects such as London 2012, Crossrail, Thames Tideway, and Dubai Expo2020. Currently, at Mace, James leads the Reconstruction Programme in Peru, overseeing a team of 170 consultants to deliver essential infrastructure services. Additionally, James returned to education in 2016 for a Master's in Construction Engineering at Cambridge University and is actively involved in mentoring future engineers.
