James True has a diverse background in various roles within the customer service and construction sectors. Starting with work experience as Floor Staff at Waitrose & Partners in June 2013, James progressed to becoming a Ball-Boy at Wimbledon for two consecutive years, showcasing the ability to meet high standards under pressure. After developing skills as Bar Staff at Reading University Students' Union from February 2017 to November 2018, James transitioned into the construction industry, serving as a Quantity Surveyor and later as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Laing O'Rourke on the East West Rail Alliance project from June 2022 to August 2024. Following that experience, James assumed the role of Commercial Manager at Mace in August 2024. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, completed in 2019.
