Josh Biles

Josh Biles is a Construction Manager at Mace, currently overseeing the external envelope for the 65 Gresham Street project. Previously, they served as a Facade Manager at Balfour Beatty, contributing to significant projects including the £197 million Lewisham Gateway Phase 2 and the £151 million Madison residential tower. Josh holds a First Class Honours degree in Project Management for Construction from the University of Brighton and is a qualified professional with multiple industry certifications, including APM PFQ and CIOB Associate Member. With a solid background in construction management, they have developed expertise in facade installation, roofing, and landscaping.
